Sweat & Social is a wellness-forward monthly event series designed to bring people together through movement, community and feel-good experiences. Each event includes a movement class led by an incredible local instructor, followed by our social mingle to connect, sip and snack.

Not at all! Sweat & Social is designed to be welcoming and inclusive. All classes are beginner friendly, with modifications offered if needed. Come as you are. Everyone and every body is welcome.

Just yourself and an open, positive attitude! Mats, props and equipment are provided unless otherwise stated.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and bringing a water bottle.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and settling in before class begins. Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the class has started.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Tickets are fully transferable; you’re welcome to gift or sell your ticket if you’re unable to attend.
If you transfer your ticket, please email us the updated attendee name and email prior to the event so we can update our guest list.
Tickets cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred to future events for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or no-shows.
We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to plan and produce our events at the highest quality for all attendees.
