5:30pm – 8:00pm - to keep this experience intimate while welcoming more of our community, this event will be split into two reformer sessions, with a shared social mingle in between.

How the Evening Flows:

Session One: 5:30pm-6:30pm - Reformer Pilates led by SALT’s expert instructors

Community Mingle: 6:30pm-7:00pm - Mocktails, light bites, giveaways, and intentional connection (this is the only social/mingle portion of the evening).

Session Two: 7pm-8pm - Reformer Pilates led by SALT’s expert instructors

*When purchasing your ticket, you’ll select either the 5:30pm or 7:00pm reformer session.

If you’re booked for the 7pm class, you’re invited to arrive early and join the mingle starting at 6:30pm

What to Expect:

Each attendee will take part in 1 hour reformer session led by expert SALT instructors. While one group is on the reformers, the other group will enjoy a mindful social moment. Stretch, sip, and connect. Then, we switch so everyone experiences both movement and community in a relaxed, intimate setting.

Post-Class Connection & Self-Love Moment:

In between the sessions, all attendees will come together for an intentional social period. Enjoy mocktails, light bites, and high-value giveaways in the SALT space. This is your chance to slow down, celebrate your body, and honour yourself in a supportive community.

  • Classes will begin promptly at 5:30pm and 7pm
