The Burn fuses the precision, control, and alignment of Pilates with strength-focused dumbbell circuits and cardio-driven sequences that elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. We’ll start by dialling in alignment, muscle activation, and control, then move into challenging circuits designed to fatigue, sculpt, and leave you feeling powerful. Music will be upbeat, the energy will be high, and the burn will be real.
Walk away sweaty, grounded, and accomplished, no matter your level. All movements are modifiable for beginners, intermediates, and advanced movers.
