About The Experience
We'll begin the evening by boarding Slacktide Swim Sauna and cruising out toward the Gorge Waterway, giving everyone time to settle in, take in the views and connect with the group. Once we're anchored, Jojo will lead us through a 60-minute barre experience on the rooftop of the boat.
If you've joined her drip or one of our previous experiences with Jojo, you already know why we had to bring her back for this one. Her classes have become a favourite in our community, and bringing her practice onto the water makes this experience feel particularly special.
After movement, we'll move into the second half of the evening: heat, cold and connection. Spend time in the floating sauna, take a dip in the Pacific Ocean, rinse off under the freshwater shower, grab a mocktail and enjoy curated food and refreshments as we take in the evening around us.
There will also be a few special surprises throughout the experience. Some things we're keeping under wraps until you're on board.
As the evening winds down, we'll cruise back to shore together.

The Experience
Your evening will flow between:
Cruising the Gorge. Take in Victoria from the water as we make our way to our anchorage.
Barre with Jojo. A 60-minute barre experience designed specifically for the boat and our intimate group.
Floating Sauna. Settle into the heat and enjoy the full Slacktide experience.
Ocean Dip. Go from hot to cold with a Pacific ocean swim or plunge straight from the boat.
Freshwater Shower. Rinse off after your dip and reset before settling back in.
Food + Mocktails. Enjoy curated snacks, fresh fruit, sweet treats and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks throughout the evening. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated. Please provide any dietary requirements at checkout.
Connection. Nine guests, one boat and plenty of time to actually connect.
A Few Surprises. We're curating some extra-special touches with our favourite partners for the evening. You'll have to be there to find out what they are.

About Slacktide Swim Sauna
Slacktide Swim Sauna brings together the restorative heat of a sauna with the freedom of being out on the water. Their floating sauna offers a completely different way to experience Victoria. Moving between heat and cold, sauna and sea, while surrounded by the West Coast landscape. This is the first floating sauna of its kind on the island.
For this Sweat & Social experience, we're bringing our community aboard for an evening that combines their signature sauna + swim experience with movement, food, connection and a few extra touches we've curated just for this group.
