About This experience

We’ll begin with a 90-minute kickboxing session led by Jen Klein, focused on building strong foundations in a supportive, technique-driven environment. You’ll learn proper form, combinations and movement patterns while developing power, coordination and endurance.

This class is intentionally designed to be beginner-friendly, making it ideal if you’ve been curious about kickboxing but didn’t know where to start. Jen’s coaching style emphasizes precision, control and confidence. So you can safely learn, improve and challenge yourself at your own pace.

Following kickboxing, Anna will lead a 30-minute guided stretch and recovery session, designed to release tension, support mobility and help your body reset after an intense workout.

The experience then opens into a post-class social and recovery lounge, where you can unwind, connect with fellow participants, and enjoy light bites, mocktails, and curated swag.

30-Minute Guided Stretch & Recovery
